Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders on a Wednesday, to ensure that your coffee reaches you in the most optimum condition. During peak mail order periods (for instance, Christmas or other promotional activities), this timeframe may be extended slightly, although every effort will be made to despatch your order on the Wednesday after you have placed your order.

Orders for product weight up to 2250g are sent via Royal Mail First class post. If you wish to order product weight over 2250g, please email info@kaffeo.co.uk to check if we can fulfil this order and for a shipping quote.

Please note our system may allow you to order over 2250g of product; however, all orders over this weight will need to be stock checked and you will contacted by email to let you know if the order can be fulfilled.

Product weight 0-750g posted to Northern Ireland or UK mainland will have a delivery charge of £3.50
Product weight 751g-1500g posted to Northern Ireland or UK mainland will have a delivery charge of £6.60
Product weight 1501g-2250g posted to Northern Ireland or UK mainland will have a delivery charge of £9.90

EUROPE
 Product weight 0-500g posted to Europe ( including Republic of Ireland) will have a delivery charge of £6.85
Product weight 501g-750g posted to Europe ( including Republic of Ireland) will have a delivery charge of £8.26
Product weight 751-1250g posted to Europe ( including Republic of Ireland) will have a delivery charge of £9.61
Product weight 1251-1750g posted to Europe ( including Republic of Ireland) will have a delivery charge of £10.96

Returns and refunds
If you are unsatisfied with the contents of your despatch you must contact us, by email within 24 hours of receipt to inform us of your issue.

Kaffe O does not refund or exchange coffees or merchandise if ordered incorrectly through our website.
